Origin of the Name Sag
Once upon a time, there was a couple who lived on an island which was unknown to them. The place was covered by a thick forest at the middle portion and the sea was teeming with fish. The couple lived peacefully and happily there. One day, the couple walked to the forest to pick fruits, which were abundant in the place. At the midst of the trees, they found out some nests of several kinds of birds. The nest abound there, so tey called it a place of nests- “Sag”. From that time on, the island between Jao and Bansaan was named Sag.
