The Local Government Unit of Talibon in its pursuit for excellence in public service through good governance had also received several regional and national recognitions and awards.

• It had reaped the ‘Hall of Fame Award’ for having bested regionally & nationally in Nutrition Programs since 1998 to 2005 
• Its ECD Program had also been awarded as the Most Child-Friendly Municipality in the whole of Region VII 
• It had also received an award from DSWD for its top contribution on KALAHI-CIDSS Projects.
